Hey there! If there is an issue with one of your items, please email me directly at info@monikarosesf.com. I'd like to hear your concerns and help in any way I can.

But if one of our items just didn't work out for you, totally cool. Let's see how we can help:

We will *happily accept returns on new/unworn items within 14 days from when your order was delivered.

Return Guidelines:

-Items must be new/unworn with original tags attached.

-International orders are final sale.

-Final sale items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

-Gift cards are final sale.

-Items received as a gift are only eligible for store credit.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return:

Simply email us at info@monikarosesf.com with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

-A $10 return fee will be deducted from your order to cover shipping and restocking costs.

-We carefully inspect each returned item. Any items with make-up or deodorant stains, or any intentional damages will not be eligible for a return.

-Once your return is approved, you can expect a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

How to Exchange:

Exchanges are free! If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, email us at info@monikarosesf.com with your order number letting us know.

We ask that you place a new order to ensure the size and color of your preferred item is still available. Once you email us, we will issue you a coupon code for free shipping and waive the return label fee.
